This holiday house with two apartments for four and eight people is in the little village of Rogotin and is right on the shore of the Vlaska gulf. The quiet location of the village away from mass tourism is ideal for relaxing.

Each holiday apartment has its own balcony, furnished with a table and chairs. There are private parking spaces in front of the house.

The apartments have air conditioning in all the rooms and free Internet access. It is possible to hire a motorboat with an outboard motor. The price includes fuel.

The grocery shop in the village is 500 metres from the house. It is three kilometres to the sandy or pebbled beach. The harbour at Ploce, with restaurants, shopping centres and other amenities, is five kilometres away. The surroundings are excellent for water sports such as canoeing or kayaking, as well as kitesurfing.

Holiday apartment for eight people

The 100m² apartment for eight people is on the second floor. It offers three bathrooms with a shower, toilet and hairdryer and three bedrooms. The first bedroom has a double bed (160 x 200cm) and its own balcony. Each of the other two bedrooms has three single beds (90 x 200cm). All the bds are suitable for adults. Each bedroom also has its own bathroom. The large living room-kitchen consists of a sitting area with a TV, a dining area and a cooking corner, equipped with a hob, voen and fridge.

    “Preis-Leistungsverhältnis sehr gut. Sauberkeit leider nicht sehr gut. Es war schmutzig. Die Vermieter haben sich aber entschuldigt, und uns erklärt wieso es schmutzig war. Sie haben uns dafür zum essen eingeladen, was wir sehr großzügig fanden. Die Lage ist gut geeignet für Leute die Ruhe suchen. das war top. Küche sehr schlecht eingerichtet. Hatte für 7 Personen zu wenig Geschirr und auch ganze Pfannen fehlten. Wenn wir aber nachfragten, hat sie uns so gut es ging ausgeholfen. Überhaupt haben sie immer und gerne geholfen, auch als meine Mutter Krank wurde.”

    “Wir haben mit 8 Personen für 2 Wochen gemietet. Es gab 3 Schlafzimmer und jedes hatte sein eigenes Bad. Ein Zimmer hatte seinen eigenen Balkon. Zusätzlich gab es noch einen weiteren Balkon. Bei der Ausstattung hat es uns an nichts gefehlt. Das Haus liegt unmittelbar an einem See, von wo aus ein Arm direkt zum Meer führt. Vom Haus aus kann man in ca. 30 Minuten auf einen kleinen Berg wandern, wo man einen wunderschönen Blick über 360° hat. Auch die Vermieter haben uns zu einem wunderschönen Urlaub verholfen! Sie waren sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und haben sich auch immer wieder erkundigt, ob alles okay ist oder ob es an etwas fehlt.”
