This charming villa is in the little town of Premantura, which is known for the Kamenjak cape and the nature reserve, where rocky beaches and sandy bays alternate. The Kamenjak cape is among the ten most popular summer holiday destinations in the Mediterranean region.
The villa has a comfortable and modern interior and can accommodate up to 16 people. The ground floor has a living room with a fireplace, a modern and fully-equipped kitchen, access to the garden and pool, a bathroom and a Finnish sauna. On the first floor there are eight double bedrooms, all with their own bathroom with a shower, as well as a terrace, an LCD TV and air conditioning. The villa is fully air-conditioned.
The completely fenced site has a 50m² saltwater pool, an outdoor whirlpool with warm water, a grill area, an outdoor kitchen and a roofed dining area. The pool can be heated if required for a fee.
The terrace on the first floor affords a wonderful view of the sea, Premantura and the Kamenjak nature reserve. There is ample parking space on site.
You can hire an Opel Vivaro Transporter (for 8 + 1 people) and transfers to and from the airport can be arranged, with a discount for house guests.
