is a family house placed in a small seaside holiday resort Ièiæi (near Opatija) at quiet position. It has big terrase with marvelous seaview of the Kvarner`s Bay.House is surrounded by the fields and oak forest. In the garden there are deck chairs,sunshade,garden grill, table tenis, basketball field and everything is at our quest`s disposal.


The apartements have kitchen, bathroom, TV-Sat, coffee machine, parking place and central heating.

    “Zweckmäßig ausgestattetes Zimmer, sehr sauber, funktionierendes W-LAN vorhanden. Wir hatten das Apartment Mint im Erdgeschoss. "Nur" vier von fünf Häuschen, da eine eigene Sitzgelegenheit im Freien zum Essen oder Frühstücken fehlt. Es gibt für diese Wohnung leider nur den gemeinschaftlichen Bereich, den man sich mit einer weiteren Wohnung teilen muss. Die Vermieter sind wirklich super nett und sehr hilfsbereit. Unbedingt den Grillabend des Hausbesitzers besuchen. Prädikat: Sehr lecker. Top gepflegter Garten und Poolanlage.”

    “Das Haus haben wir schnell gefunden.Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und höflich.Die Anlage und das Appartement waren sehr sauber. Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen. Wir wohnten in der oberen Etage von hier oben hat man ein fantastischen Blick auf die Adria und Rijeka einfach wunderbar.
    Da das Haus am Berg war hat uns es nichts ausgemacht die 220 Stufen hoch zu laufen. Viel Spaß hatten wir auch mit dem Haus-Maskottchen den Timmi ein süßer Kerl. Die Umgebung ist sehr schön. Auch die Badestrände meist aus Kieselsteinen waren sehr sauber, und man konnte sich nach dem Bad im Meer auch abduschen. Unternahmen auch eine Schiffsfahrt zu den Inseln KrK und Cres mit Essen und Trinken. Noch ein Großes Danke schön an unseren Vermieter Jasminka sie haben uns sehr gut unterstützt, wegen unser Auto was repariert werden musste, so dass wir
    weiter fahren konnten. Der Abschied viel uns nicht leicht. Wir würden dieses Haus weiterempfehlen und wenn es die Zeit erlaubt irgend wann wiederkommen.”

    “Sehr schönes, sauberes und liebevoll gestaltetes Haus. Die Hauseigentümer sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit, kann man nur weiterempfehlen, wir werden bestimmt nochmal kommen. Genau so stellt man sich Gastfreundlichkeit vor. Die Poolanlage ist sehr gepflegt.”
