Holiday villa with great view and large pool
The villa “Stazzu La Sarra” is only half an hour from the airport and ferry port Olbia situated high above the Gulf of Arzachena on the north eastern edge of Costa Smeralda in a monumental cliff landscape with maquis, wild olives and broom. The 360 degree view from here is breathtaking. There is always a slight wind. That is particularly pleasant in the summer months. From the road between Cannigione and Arzachena leads an about 2 km long private way which is seamed with old cork oaks, juniper and maquis growth up until the house. In order to retain the original impression of the landscape only the ascending part has been cemented. It can though be accessed with a normal car.
The house is situated on a hill within an around 10 hectare large, partly rocky terrain surrounded by typical Sardinian vegetation. The owners live in the house and only rent it out in July and August.
On the ground floor there is an open living area with fireplace and large sliding windows, a gallery with stairs, a spacious open kitchen with sliding door to the terrace, a dining area as well as two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Via a stone staircase one is connected within the house with the basement where one will find a laundry room and a spacious apartment. It has a kitchen, dining and sleeping area and bathroom. Furthermore the apartment offers a partly roofed terrace and own entrance with garden.
On the large terrace which is partly roofed one will find a built outdoor kitchen with fireplace and gas grill. From here one can access a small solarium. Terrace and solarium offer a breathtaking view. The large pool (17.5 x 3.5 x 1.6) can also be reached from the terrace. It is in sight of the house. Due to its length it is particularly suitable for more sportive swimming.
All rooms have air conditioning. In the house one will find a detailed description of all restaurants, sights, suggestions for trips and much more interesting information.
