This cosy two storey flat is situated in the hamlet of Aureggio, a residential hillside area ten minutes walk away (three minutes by car) from the historic village of Bellagio. It is part of a complex of upmarket flat blocks with a splendid lake view and dominates both the Bellagio peninsula and the picturesque village of Pescallo. Car park, banks, bars, restaurants, mini markets and a fully equipped sports centre (gym, tennis, football, swimming pool, solarium) in the immediate neighbourhood.

    “Eine schöne Wohnung mit allem drum und dran. Besonders schön ist der faszinierende Blick auf den Comersee. Der Besitzer ist sehr nett und steht für offene Fragen zur Verfügung. Die einzige Beanstandung sind die Matratzen, da sind Rückenschmerzen vorprogrammiert. Wir würden nochmal buchen.”
