This holiday complex in Manerba del Garda, built in 2014, consists of 18 semi-detached holiday villas for self-catering, with a high standard of residential comfort, just a few hundred metres from the Lido and the harbour. They each provide around 135m² on three levels, with space for up to eight people. All the buildings are grouped around the big, central swimming pool with a whirlpool. The fenced and video-monitored holiday complex is secure and there is a garage for parking cars.
Tourism is a major source of income in the little town of Manerba del Garda. It is a few minutes’ walk into the centre, with shops, restaurants, bars and all services. The sights include the remains of a medieval castle, part of a nine-hectare archaeological nature reserve. You can wade through shallow water to the little island Isola San Biagio from the Belvedere spit of land. Manerba is on the south-west shore of Lake Garda, just a 30-minute drive from Desenzano del Garda and Sirmione. It is 9km to Salo. The connection to the A4 Milan-Venice motorway ensures easy access to other trip destinations. The nearest train station is in Desenzano and there are airports in Brescia-Montichiari (about 30km away) or Verona (about 50km).
The villas
You enter the fully air-conditioned house on the ground floor, either from the terrace or an entrance between the two halves of the house. Each consists of a living room, four bedrooms, a bathroom, two guest WCs and a terrace with a grill area and a garden.
First you enter the big, open daytime area with a kitchen corner and a living and dining room, where you can sit comfortably on the two sofas that also function as sofa beds, facing the flatscreen TV with digital channels. The decorative ceiling beams enhance the flair of the room. At the other end there is the cooking corner with a fridge, 20-litre freezer, stove and oven, toaster, kettle and everything you need for preparing everyday meals. You can dine together at the big dining table for six to eight people, looking out over the terrace, or on the terrace itself. On this floor there is also a guest WC. Interior stairs lead down into the basement, where there are a second living room and another WC. Downstairs you can also access a garage with two parking spaces. The stairs also lead to the relaxation area on the first floor, with three comfortably furnished double bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower, washbasin, hairdryer, bidet and WC. There is also a little single room with a wardrobe, which can also be used as a convenient dressing room. Free wireless Internet access and a safe are provided.
The house provides a variety of private indoor and outdoor spaces. The big veranda on the ground floor is partially roofed and is a wonderful place to dine outdoors, with its own grill area as an additional feature. The adjoining garden has loungers for relaxing and sunbathing. Some of the houses also have their own pool. There is also a balcony on the upper floor.
