The house consists of an entrance hall of about 30 square meters equipped with two TV sofas with a DVD player, a large video library in various languages with videos illustrating the history of Rome and its Empire. Two bedrooms: the first with a double bed and a single bed, the second with two single beds, for a total of 5 beds. A kitchen equipped with a hob, fridge, electric oven and microwave oven, dishwasher, kettle and coffee maker, with a dining area (for 6 people). A bathroom with toilet, bidet, sink, shower and washing machine. Balcony with a wide view of the city for smokers.
Balcony to have an aperitif, stay cool in the evening and smoke.
THE PRICE INCLUDES: TRANSPORT from and to AIRPORT, BREAKFAST and a TOUR through the streets of an area of Rome (3-4 hours duration) photos and book of good memories.
The holiday home is located on the third floor of a period building that DOES NOT HAVE AN ELEVATOR.
The area is well stocked with Restaurants, Bars, Pizzerias, Breweries, Supermarkets and all kinds of shops.
