The holiday apartment is in the quiet and safe Tuscolano district in Rome, near the Cinecittà film studio complex.
The holiday accommodation is suitable for guests seeking peace and quiet and privacy in a residential complex, who want to enjoy independence. The apartment of around 80m², which was renovated in July 2014, is on the third floor. It consists of a big living room, a kitchen-diner, a bathroom with an integrated laundry room, and two bedrooms, one with a double bed (160 x 190cm) and one with two single beds (90 x 190cm). A supplementary bed can be provided on request. All the rooms are fully-furnished and equipped with electric appliances. The living room with a balcony has a three-seater sofa, a digital 32” HD TV with an integrated stereo system and bookshelves with travel, cookery and fiction books in various languages. The kitchen-diner provides all the necessary utensils and appliances, including a microwave, an electric convection oven, gas stove, fridge, Nespresso coffee machine and filter coffee machine. The bathroom has a shower, a washbasin, a bidet, a WC and toiletries (shampoo, shower gel, liquid soap etc). The apartment provides a washing machine, an iron, an ironing board and a hairdryer. A vacuum cleaner, bed linen and hand towels are provided free of charge. All the rooms have heating and the living room also has air conditioning.
You can share use of a garden outside. There are public parking spaces in front of the residential complex.
The flat has a balcony with table and seats where you can have your breakfast or fast lunch/dinner with a view on the garden.
The whole building has free wireless Internet access. In accordance with regional regulations, the apartment is equipped with a First Aid kit, a fire extinguisher and an emergency telephone, to ensure your safety. The house rules dictate that the serving of food and drink is not permitted, so a kit with packaged groceries, such as jam, honey, biscuits, chocolate spread, crisp bread, fruit juices etc. is offered. All the necessary utensils are provided for making coffee or tea. The fridge also has a carton of milk and a bottle of mineral water, and fresh fruit is waiting for you on arrival.
Please note there isn't a lift in the building.
A cot is available for children less than 4 years old.
Bicycles can be hired 500 meters far from the property.

The apartment is a few minutesfrom the Cinecittà film studios, on foot or three stops with metro A, and just a block from the historical Parco degli Acquedotti, part of the Parco del’Appia Antica. Just 200 metres from the house there are the vibrant street Via Tuscolana, the shopping street Via del Cinema, and the Lucio Sesto metro station, with connections in just a few minutes to the sights in Rome. The district is rich in old history and owing to the proximity to the Ciampino military airport there are also modern trains.
