This holiday apartment is in the Trastevere district, looking out at Piazza di San Cosimato. The apartment is about 200 metres from the Santa Maria Basilica in Trastevere.
The apartment of around 80m² was renovated just recently in 2015. It is on the second floor and has a bedroom with a double bed (160 x 190cm), a bedroom with a double bed (160 x 190cm) or two single beds (80 x 190cm), a bathroom with a shower and a living room-kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee machine and fridge with freezer compartment. A cot can be provided on request. The apartment has Smart TVs and dimmable LED lighting, for creating a great atmosphere. The apartment has heating throughout. Wireless Internet access is available.
There is a balcony outside. The building has a big lift.
Bars, restaurants, pubs, supermarkets, banks, a pharmacy etc. are all in the immediate vicinity. There is a tram stop about 250 metres from the apartment. Piazza Venezia and the Forum Romanum are within ten minutes by tram. The Gianicolo, affording a great view over Rome, is about 800 metres from the apartment.
