With its beautiful garden and beautiful views of the surrounding hills, this is the perfect place to escape from it all.
The kitchen is fully equipped, large living room with fireplace, ground floor / bedroom studio, bathroom with shower, utility room with washing machine, wooden staircase leading to the first floor with 2 double bedrooms with bathroom with tub and shower, balcony with Panoramic views, upstairs featuring 2 double bedrooms with private bath and a balcony with views of the surrounding hills. Rome only 35 km away. 5 minutes Trevigano Romano, lake shore, 10 minutes drive to Castello Odescalchi Bracciano. Nearby are the necropolis of Tarquinia and the medieval town of Viterbo, Villa Lante in Bagnaia, hamlet of Viterbo and the Palazzo Farnese in Caprarola, only 20 minutes away. The historic center of Sutri with its amphitheater is 5 minutes away. Just around the corner are the two lakes, Bracciano and Martignano, which give this park its name.
