The house is fitted with central heating and an air conditioning unit. A sauna and wireless Internet access are available. One bedroom is furnished with a double bed (200 x 210cm), the second bedroom with a double bed (180 x 200cm) and a single bed (120 x 200cm). The kitchen is fully-equipped and the bathroom has a bath and WC. There is a laundry room accessed from outside that is also used by the cleaning ladies.

The terrace faces south and west, so you can enjoy sunshine until sunset. In front of the terrace there is a channel with an open connection to Ijsselmeer. There is enough space behind the house for you or your children to play football, volleyball or badminton. There are two guest parking spaces in front of the house.

You can go swimming right in front of the house or in Ijsselmeer, just a few minutes’ walk away. The sandy beach in Ijsselmeer invites you to play or go for a stroll.

    “Wie schon mehrfach geschrieben ist das Ferienhaus sehr gut ausgestattet und top gepflegt. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin bzw. deren Sohn war sehr angenehm. Bei einem Problem mit dem Babybett wurde sofort geholfen. Der schöne Strand ist von diesem Objekt aus in 15 Minuten zu Fuß sehr gut zu erreichen. Die Kinder haben jedoch auch die Abkühlung in dem Kanal direkt hinterm Haus genossen. Wir können dieses Haus voll und ganz weiterempfehlen.”

    “Ein super gepflegtes, gemütlich und hochwertig ausgestattetes Haus. Die Einrichtung, Bad / WC / Sauna laden zum Wohlfühlen ein. Sämtliche Gerätschaften sind gepflegt und neuwertig. Herd / Mikrowelle in einem Gerät absolut einfach zu bedienen.
    Garten und Anlegersteg bei entsprechendem Wetter traumhaft ruhig und idyllisch.
    Mücken sind überall gut vertreten, jedoch durch den Moskitoschutz im Schlafzimmer usw. ist es sehr angenehm.
    Diverse Ausflugtipps beim persönlichen Gespräch mit der Vermieterin z.B. für Amsterdam mit KFZ oder andere konnten wir perfekt umsetzen. Wir werden dieses Objekt auf alle Fälle weiterempfehlen! Sehr gerne wieder!”

    “Das Ferienhaus liegt direkt an einem der kleinen Kanäle, die sich durch das BeachResort ziehen. Von der Terrasse aus gelangt man über ein paar Stufen zu einem kleinen Steg, an dem man auch gut mit einem vor Ort mietbaren Boot anlegen kann. Da es sich aber um ein sehr ruhiges Gewässer handelt, waren extrem viele Mücken unterwegs. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig und den Fotos entsprechend. Die Küche ist mit allen Annehmlichkeiten ausgestattet, die man in der Regel von zu Hause gewohnt ist. Ein Highlight ist die Sauna im oberen Teil des Hauses, die kinderleicht durch einen Elektroofen mit Lavasteinen zu bedienen ist. Wem das nicht reicht kann am Abend in der Badewanne mit Whirlpoolfunktion entspannen. Was bei der Hausbeschreibung ausgelassen wird ist, dass einmal am Tag ein Putzteam die Waschmaschine in dem abschließbaren (aber eben nur durch eine Zimmertür getrennten) Hauswirtschaftsraum bedient. Als dies das erste Mal der Fall war, haben wir uns schon etwas erschrocken. Trotzdem ist das Haus und die Lage weiter zu empfehlen.”
