The luxury kitchen includes a dishwasher, oven, fridge and magnetron. You can also find a WC, a laundry room with a shower and washing machine on the ground floor. There is central heating throughout the house. The upper floor consists of a bedroom with a double bed, two bedrooms with two single beds, a bathroom with a bath and a second WC.
The villa has two private parking spaces and a sunny terrace, with sunshine from morning to evening.
The combination of beach, sea and luxury villa ensures an indescribable holiday feeling. The seaside has been awarded the Blue Flag (highest ecological standards and quality of sea water).
