Here you have a cozy bungalow as half of a holiday home available. Its located in a holiday complex and you are sure to enjoy a relaxing holiday here. The house is very well suited for families with children, as well as the elderly.

The bungalow accommodates up to four people. The house has been newly renovated and furnished. The open plan living room with a sofa is furnished with an LCD Telvision with 70 channels including the most famous 15 German channels, a CD and a DVD player, a radio, central heating and a breakfast nook. The open plan kitchen offers a Senseo coffee maker, a kettle, a microwave, a dishwasher, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, an induction stove and a washing machine. The bungalow offers one bedroom on the ground floor and one bedroom on the top floor. The downstairs bedroom is furnished with a box spring double bed (200 cm x 200 cm), while the upstairs bedroom is furnished with two 70 x 200 cm boxspring single beds (new in 2016). The bathroom on the ground floor boasts a shower (rain, massage and jets), a toilet and a sink.

Additionally, there is a sun bed, board games, a child's cot and highchairs and free Wi-Fi for your use and enjoyment. Towels and bedding can be supplied upon request. Dogs are welcome for a charge.

The exterior offers a barbecue, outdoor furniture, two sun loungers and a sun shade. The property is fenced in, offering privacy.

The holiday park is located on Tholen Island. It sits behind a large dyke, protecting the property from the water of the Eastern Scheldt. There are 116 privately owned houses in the park. The park is pedestrian only and about 500 meters from Stavenisse, where, you can find shops and restaurants. The park offers a central parking area, a playground, a swimming pool for children and adults, a trampoline, a boule court, a tennis court, bicycle rental and a cosy cafe. The sea is 400 meters from the park. Enjoy beautiful walks here and enjoy a day on the Eastern Scheldt, the natural reserve which the park borders.

    “Das Haus war so wie beschrieben, sauber und sehr gut mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt. Der Garten ist einfach traumhaft, man hat viel Privatsphäre weil von der Strasse nicht einsehbar wie bei vielen anderen Unterkünften in der Anlage. Sauna und Jacuzzi sind genial. Wir waren mit 2 Personen da und daher wars vom Platz her völlig ausreichend, mit mehreren wäre es mir aber auch zu eng.”

    “Das Haus war super und es war sauber. Soweit hat es an nichts gefehlt. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Wir haben uns dort rund um Wohl gefühlt. Auch der Hund konnte alles erkunden. Das Haus ist wirklich komplett umzäunt. Unsere Ausbruchskönigin hat keine Stelle zum entschlüpfen gefunden. Es gäbe einen kleinen Verbesserungsvorschlag zum Bewegungslicht vor der Tür. Dieses geht gefühlt bei jedem Windstoß an. Dieses hat uns etwas den Schlaf geraubt da wir keinen Ausschaltknopf gefunden haben. Dadurch das das Schlafzimmer tatsächlich klein ist, möchte man nicht noch die Tür verschließen. Da fühlt man sich doch schon beengt. Auch das helle Rolle im Schlafzimmer hätte ich gegen ein dunkles getauscht. Wir waren 2 Personen plus 1 Hund. Mit 4 Erwachsenen Personen könnte es tatsächlich etwas eng werden. Aber generell waren wir sehr zufrieden und das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis stimmt.”

    “Das Haus ist sehr sauber gewesen. Die Ausstattung war gut, bis auf einen Schneebesen war alles da. Sogar eine Flasche Sekt zur Begrüßung.
    Grundstück komplett eingezäunt, also top für die Hunde.
    Der Jaccuzi ist ein Traum.
    Schlafzimmer ist sehr eng. Man kommt kaum am Bett vorbei sowohl am Fußende sowie an der Seite, die Betten allerdings sind super, sogar mit elektrisch verstellbaren Lattenrost.
    Auch die Gartenausstattung an Liegen und Co ist weit über dem Durchschnitt.
    Da wir in der Vorosterzeit da waren, wurde an den Wochenenden viel renoviert (auch Sonntags)in den Nachbarhäusern. Das war recht laut da die Häuser auch sehr hellhörig sind. Das ist aber ja leider üblich in Ferienparks. Dafür war die Woche über heilige Ruhe.
    Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können das Haus uneingeschränkt empfehlen.”
