The ground floor is 30 m² in size and comprises of the following rooms: A living room with a a flatscreen TV, Apple-TV, a double sofa bed and things that you normally expect in a small living room. There is a bedroom next to it, which includes a single bed and a small office desk with equipments for you pc. Plus there is a fully-equipped kitchen with an oven, microwave, coffee machine and a small dining area, as well as an adjoining bathroom with a shower and washing machine.
The apartment is housed in an eighteenth century building.
