Holiday home on an estate with a private garden in a rural location


The holiday home sits on a classic estate near Mysliborz and is managed by an artist couple.

The house has two storeys. Upstairs are the bedrooms and a toilet. On the ground floor, you will find a bathroom with a bathtub and a washing machine. There is also the spacious living room with a fireplace, television, stereo and open plan kitchen with a fridge, a gas stove, an oven and a microwave.

In front of the conservatory is the beautiful garden, enclosed by hedges, and home to a table and outdoor furniture. It is ideal for families with children. There are two car parking spaces on the property

The estate is near Mysliborz Lake. Rowing, sail and paddle boat rental is available. The slightly hilly landscape is ideal for bicycling. The 7 km long lake and many other small lakes are home to an abundance of birds and a fisherman's paradise.

    “Das Ferienhaus liegt in einer ruhigen Lage und ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Dank W-LAN konnte hier auch ein Teenager "überleben" und man konnte nach Wetter und Ausflugszielen (die leider nicht zahlreich gesät sind) googeln. Die Internetseite neumark.net ist nur bedingt zu empfehlen, da nicht auf dem aktuellen Stand. Dort sind vor allem die Weg Beschreibungen sehr ungenau.
    Zurück zum Haus: es gibt einen großen Garten zur alleinigen Nutzung mit einer herrlichen Hängematte :). Zum Faulenzen, Federball und Schwedenschach spielen ideal. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig umgeben von Feldern. In der Frühe kann man Rehe beobachten und sämtliches Getier sehen. Unbedingt die Fahrräder mitnehmen ;)! Ein Urlaub mit absoluter Ruhe ist dort möglich.”

    “Das Ferienhaus ist eindeutig erkennbar unter deutscher Regie geführt. Es hat eine gewisse Ausstrahlung und macht mit der Größe, der Ausstattung und Infos vor Ort den Urlaub angenehm. Da wir schon einige Urlaube in Polen gemacht haben (von der See bis ins Gebirge), können wir behaupten, dass das Haus ganz vorne anzusiedeln ist. Immer wieder gerne. Die Natur scheint in Ordnung zu seien, denn Störche, Kraniche und Mücken gibts in rauen Mengen. Einfach mal Entschleunigung erleben.”

    “Das Objekt ist seinen Preis durchaus wert. Es liegt sehr ruhig gelegen auf einem alten Bauernhof am Rande der kleinen Stadt. Im Haus gibt es alles, was man zum Leben braucht, auch Waschmaschine und Backofen sind vorhanden, was den Urlaub hier sehr angenehm gestaltet. Alles in allem hatten wir eine super Zeit hier und werden sicher wiederkehren.”
