    “Lage außerhalb sehr angenehm, Anwesen sehr weiträumig, sehr gepflegt, der Pool sehr sauber und hygiensich einwandfrei, die Vermieter sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend, die Wohnungsausstattung in Takt und als Selbstversorger hinreichend.

    Verbesserungen wären wie folgt:
    1. Eingangstür wahlweise luftdicht schließen lassen, damit Rauch der Grillstationen der Nachbar Wohnungen nicht in die Ferienwohnung ziehen kann.
    2. Hundegebell der Nachbar Grundstücke zu fortgeschrittener Stunde (23 Uhr und später bis in die Nacht hinein) sehr störend
    3. freilaufende Hunde der Nachbar Grundstücke nicht einschätzbar ob gefährlich oder harmlos”
