Spacious holiday house with patio, a garden and an ocean views
This cosy and exclusively furnished holiday home is quietly, yet centrally located on a cul de sac in Luz and only a 3 minute walk from the sandy beach. Numerous amenities and leisure activities can be found nearby. Luz is about 4 km west of Lagos.
The house has 95 m² spread out over two floors. On the first floor you will find three bedrooms and a bathroom. The first bedroom is furnished with a 180 cm x 200 cm double bed with nightstands and reading lamps. A large wardrobe and an antique dresser offer plenty of space for your luggage. This bedroom grants access to an ensuite bathroom with a shower, a sink and a toilet. The second bedroom offers a double bed (2 x 90 x 200 cm). The third bedroom is furnished with two single beds (90 x 200 cm). A cot can be provided upon request. The first and second bedrooms face the ocean and have access to the roof terrace. Enjoy the sounds of the ocean and the views from up here. The ground floor houses the semi-open plan kitchen connected to the dining area of the living room with a service hatch. The kitchen offers a four burner gas stove, an oven, a refrigerator with a freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave, a washing machine and a coffee maker. The dining table for six is perfect for communal meals. The living room is furnished with two two seater rattan sofas and an armchair. For your evening entertainment there is a flat screen satellite TV next to the fireplace. The house offers wireless internet access free of charge. Upon request, an extra bed can be provided at no charge.

The beach is just a stone's throw away. It is a 30 minute drive to two large malls: Portimão and Guia. Medical care and a pharmacy are also only 2 minutes from the property. It is about 500 m to a tennis court and aquatic sports are offered at the beach.
