Luxueuze villa met frontaal zeezicht en verwarmd prive zwembad.

Rustig gelegen villa in een afgesloten gebied (2 villa's) op een boogscheut van het strand. Op wandelafstand zijn er lokale restaurantjes en bars. Voor liefhebbers van comfort en rust.

Erg ruime villa met alle comfort van een huis. 4 slaapkamers, 3 badkamers, 4 toiletten, volledig ingerichte keuken, eet, leef en TV ruimte.

Onderhouden tuin met prive verwarmd zwembad en parking, BBQ, ruim terras met strandstoelen en tafel.
Fantastisch zicht

Recent gebouwd, ingericht door een interieurarchitect en voorzien van alle komfort, ingemaakte kasten centrale stofzuiger etc.

    “Woning is modern, prachtig en schoon en ligt op een mooie plek met uitzicht op zee in een rustige omgeving. Er ontbraken echter een aantal zaken: te weinig servies/bestek/pannen voor 8 personen en in de tuin waren er te weinig ligbedden (4). Ook te weinig tuinstoelen aanwezig doordat enkele onbruikbaar/kapot waren.

    Schuifdeur van de keuken naar het terras kon niet open door een defecte deurkruk.”

    “Dom fantastycznie położony, na wzgórzu z widokiem na ocean. Codziennie możesz oglądać piękny zachód słońca. W domu są olbrzymie okna, przez, które masz bezpośredni wyjście na tarasy i basen.
    Dom jest bardzo przestronny. W salonie wygodne sofy. Sypialnie i łazienki są duże i komfortowe. Dużo szaf i szafek ...

    w zasadzie w domu znajdziesz wszystko czego potrzebujesz, od garnków po kieliszki ... jest zmywarka, pralka i odkurzacz centralny :)

    Przy basenie znajdziesz stół i leżaki. Basen ma podgrzewaną wodę i jest świetnie widoczny z kuchni i salonu ( ta informacja jest ważna dla rodzin z dziećmi :) )

    400 metrów jest do rozległej plaży z ratownikiem ... polecam jednak zobaczyć też na plażę w Santa Cruz

    Teren w około domu bardzo zadbana "dywan" z trawy i wiele roślin.

    Okolice "swojska", rybacka wioska ma swój koloryt ...”
