Cosy holiday apartment with garden near the beach, perfect for the summer and also the winter months
This cosy, renovated holiday apartment with a separate entrance and its own garden is on the ground floor of the house and is located in the centre of Ericeira.
The apartment has been completely renovated and offers 70 m² of living space for up to five people. It has two bedrooms - with one double bed and two single beds, respectively. One more person can sleep on the double sofa bed in the living room. The living room also has a TV and free WLAN Internet. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove and oven, fridge-freezer combination, washing machine, toaster, kettle, microwave and iron / ironing board. In addition there is, of course, plenty of crockery and cutlery available. The bathroom has a bathtub and toilet.
After you have spent the day on the beautiful beaches and enjoyed the delicious seafood of the region, you can relax in apartment’s own garden on the garden swing. On warm summer evenings, you can can sit outside with a glass of wine or have a barbecue. Parking is available in front of the house or in the immediate surroundings.
The house has a second apartment with its own garden, which is also located on the ground floor.
Enjoy your stay to the fullest. Leave the car behind and take a leisurely stroll to the village that is three to five minutes away on foot, whenever you like. All facilities such as a supermarket and shops, post office, banks, etc. are located nearby. Ericeira is just a 40-minute drive from Lisbon, Sintra and Cascais. It is a great place with a beautiful coastline and stunning sights such as the Palace of Mafra. You can surf, relax on the beach or go hiking, regardless of whether it is summer or winter.
