This holiday apartment is on the first floor of a typical Portuguese country house on the Costa de Prata and is about 1.5km from the lovely sandy beach Praia de Areia Branca.
The spacious apartment comprises three bedrooms, one with a double bed (140 x 200cm), the other two each with a single bed (95 x 200cm). it is possible to set up a cot if required. The comfortable living room has a fireplace, satellite TV and a stereo system. There is also a fully-equipped kitchen-diner for self-catering. The bathroom provides a shower and a washing machine. The apartment has double-glazed windows and wireless Internet access is available.
The big sunny terrace and the balcony afford a beautiful panoramic view. Fruit, vegetables and herbs are cultivated in the owner’s garden, which you are welcome to sample. There is a private parking space on site and a grill is available.
Lourinhã / Seixal is about 70km to the north of Lisbon and about 15km to the south of Peniche. It is about 1.5km to the Atlantic, 15-20 minutes on foot. There are many cafés, restaurants, shops and recreational facilities there, as well as surf schools and beautiful bays. In February 2018 the largest open-air museum in Portugal is opening in Lourinhã / Abelheira, a dinosaur park amidst a pine forest with 120 dinosaur models on 10 hectares. Some of the models are dinosaurs whose fossils were found in Lourinhã. It has been called the “dinosaur capital”. Many other places of cultural interest are within easy access of Lourinhã.
