Large apartment with all comfort and within walking distance of the sea
This holiday accommodation is on the silver coast, somewhat below Nazare, on a road that leads straight to the seaside. It is only about a six-minute walk to the bay. The apartment is on a site with a shared pool and garden. The nearest supermarket is 150 metres away, the centre around 500 metres. It is about an hour’s drive to Lisbon.
Your holiday accommodation was newly built in 2014 and provides around 100m² of living space for six people. It features a light and modern style and has a living room with an open kitchen, two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a balcony. The modern living room has a lounge area with seating, cable TV, a stereo system, a dining corner and a view of the nature reserve. You can access the balcony directly from the living room. The open kitchen provides all the necessary appliances, including a dishwasher, a washing machine, a ceramic hob, a fridge with a freezer compartment, a microwave, a stove and a counter with bar stools. The apartment has two bedrooms. One is the master bedroom, furnished with a double bed (160 x 200cm), bedside tables, lamps and a built-in cupboard. This room provides direct access to the shared pool and the lawn. The second bedroom has two bunk beds (90 x 200cm), so the apartment has six beds in total. There are also two bathrooms, one with a bath and a bidet, the other with a shower. The two bathrooms each have a washbasin. The living room and the two bedrooms have air conditioning, which is set to the ideal temperature.
The cosy balcony faces south and provides access to the shared pool. The outdoor area and the pool are for the shared use of all guests. The garden area is divided securely from the road. You can park your car in a secure underground garage along the right side of the house.
The building has a lift. Wireless Internet access is also available. The beach has a playground for children and a pedalo.
You can shop in a supermarket about 150 metres away. A petrol station and a bus stop are the same distance away. The centre with a fish market is about 500 metres away.
