It is spread over 3 floors and contains 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, living, large kitchen, hallway and large garage/basement.
The first floor is the garage/basement, equipped with gym devices and a table-tennis table. Also here you find a washing machine.
On the second floor, you find 3 double-bedrooms.
1. with a double-bed, 180x200 with ensuite bathroom (bath and w.c.)
2. has a double-bed, 160x200
3. has 2 single beds, 90x200.
Bedrooms 2 and 3 shares a bathroom with Italian shower and w.c.
The spacious living has 2 seating areas, flat screen tv. (Dutch channels) and French doors to the terras. Also an open kitchen with dining table for 8 p. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, oven, microwave, induction cooking
On the 3 floor, you find the 4 double-bedroom, bed: 180x200, with ensuite a spacious bathroom with Italian shower and w.c.
French doors lead to a large roof-terras.
The pool can be heated by the solar panels and is surrounded by a spacious terras with sunbeds and chairs, and a lawn.
All around the house there is a beautiful garden fully fenced, with beautiful views of the hilly area and, in the distance: the sea!
It is possible that there will be construction work on the park.
