Geräumiges Ferienhaus in Arvidsjaur für max. 12 Personen
Von April bis November vermieten wir ein großzügiges Ferienhaus, welches im Zentrum von Arvidsjaur gelegen ist. Das Zentrum mit Supermarkt und Touristeninformation ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Arvidsjaur ist eine kleine Stadt, umgeben von zahlreichen Seen, die im Sommer zu Angel- und Bootausflügen einladen. Im Winter kann man direkt am Prästberget Ablaufskifahren oder sich eine der zahlreichen Langlaufloipen bedienen. Skiverleihe sind im Ort vorhanden. Der Flughafen liegt 10 Kilometer von der Stadt entfernt.
Villa Arctic wurde im Sommer 2015 neu renoviert und verfügt über eine moderne Ausstattung. Das Haus bietet Platz für 12 Personen und ist mit sieben Schlafzimmern, zwei Küchen und vier Badezimmern (alle inklusive Dusche) ausgestattet. Ein Fitnessraum sowie eine Sauna sind ebenfalls vorhanden.
Villa Arctic ist optimal für große Gruppen oder 2 Familien.
Alle Räume verfügen über eine moderne Ausstattung, moderne Heizanlage und laden zum Aufenthalt ein.
* Handtücher, Bettwäsche, Internet sind im Mietpreis inbegriffen.
* Eine Gebühr für die Endreinigung muss separat entrichtet werden und richtet sich nach dem Übergabezustand.
* Bei längeren Aufenthalten kann der Mietpreis verhandelt werden.
* Bei Bedarf kann das Haus mit weiteren Betten aufgestockt werden.
