House amidst wonderful nature between Felingsbro and the Väringen waterways


This old house from the late 19th century is in an absolutely quiet location and was renovated, with the aim of preserving the flair of this past era.

The house provides around 80m² of living space and can accommodate up to six people. The colours, wallpaper, flooring and other details all appear very inviting. The kitchen with a cosy sitting corner provides all the necessary modern electrical appliances, along with a built-in oven and wood-burning stove. Apart from these sources of heating, there are electric radiators in every room. The parents’ bedroom with a double bed is on the ground floor, while the other beds are upstairs, more suitable for children due to the low and sloped ceilings.

The house is surrounded by a lovely plot of land. Garden furniture is provided. You can park right by the house.

A cot and a highchair are available. Please note that electricity is only included in the rental price during the high season. Use of a small boat is included and you can hire an electric motor in addition.

The area is hilly and slightly elevated and there are forests right behind the house. The landscape is characterised by forests and agricultural areas.

    “Das Haus ist alt, aber in einem sehr guten Zustand. es ist super gemütlich, sehr gut und komplett ausgestattet, Spül-, Waschmaschine, schnelles Internet und deutsches Fernsehen wie zu Hause. Geschirr, Besteck, Töpfe, etc. sind in ausreichendem Umfang vorhanden.
    Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig am Waldrand ca. 6km bis zur nächstgrößeren Ortschaft. es ist nur über eine unbefestigte Strasse zu erreichen. Man sollte beim befahren der selben ein wenig Vorsicht walten lassen.
    Wir finden das das Haus jeden Cent wert war. Als wir ankamen war das Haus von Marita und Bo wunderschön weihnachtlich dekoriert worden, es war mollig warm und der Ofen brannte. besser kann man einen Urlaub nicht beginnen. Vielen Dank nochmal an Marita und Bo für diesen Empfang.”

    “Lage: außerhalb eines kleinen Dorfes, am Waldrand, man hat ein großes Grundstück für sich.
    Das alte (1890) typisch schwedische Häuschen ist nett renoviert, gut ausgestattet, sauber.

    “Frisch renoviertes, jedoch trotzdem alten Charme ausstrahlendes Ferienhaus!
    An Haushaltsuntensilien sehr gut ausgestattet, moderne Geräte (Herd, Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine), ordentliches WLAN (wenn man's unbedingt braucht).
    Sehr gepflegtes Grundstück, mit viel Platz zum Spielen für Kinder.
    Die Umgebung ist eher ländlich, viel Wald & Feld ringsum. Der nahe gelegene Fluss ist landschaftlich sehr schön und kann mit dem hauseigenen Boot erkundet werden.
    Angelkarten gibt es in Fellingsbro, pro Woche sind 16 € fällig. Allerdings zählt das Gewässer jetzt nicht zum Besten, was Schweden zu bieten hat. Kapitale sollte man nicht erwarten.
    In knapp 20 Minuten ist man in Örebro, dort ist auch ordentliches urbanes (Nacht)Leben zu finden.
    Auch finden sich um die Stadt einige Naturschutzgebiete mit Wandermöglichkeiten und guten Spots für Ornithologen.
    Die Nähe zu Stockholm (circa 150 km) ist perfekt für Tagesausflüge dorthin.
    Insgesamt ein wunderbarer Ort für entspannten Urlaub in der Natur, der aber bei Bedarf auch eine Vielzahl an Beschäftigungsmöglichkeiten bietet!”
