Holiday house with a garden in a great location, including a kayak
This detached holiday house is about 8km to the south of Ekshärad in the tranquil Hagfors. Owing to the elevated location, you can enjoy a beautiful view from here into the Klarälven valley. The whole site with its total of 5 hectares of meadows and forest stretches to the Klaräven River 900 metres away, so you can go kayaking, swimming and fishing right near the house.
The two-storey house provides 87m2 of living space and was last renovated in 2016. The ground floor has a large kitchen-diner with a wood-burning stove, a living room and a shower room with a WC. The upper floor comprises a large hallway, which two bedrooms and a little children’s bedroom branch off. The larger bedroom is furnished with a double bed (200 x 200cm) and a bunk bed for two people (90 x 200cm). The smaller bedroom has two single beds. The little bedroom with one bed branches off to the side of this room. The generous kitchen-diner enables comprehensive self-catering with large worktops, a four-ring hob with an oven, a fridge and freezer, a microwave, mixer, waffle maker, kettle, toaster and coffee machine. Next to the kitchen unit there is a dining table with four chairs and a bench for having meals together. The traditional wood-burning stove is a highlight, which you can use. You can relax on the sofa suite and two armchairs in the living room after a daytrip. The flatscreen TV with satellite channels (incl. German channels), a DVD player and a stereo system provide entertainment in the evening. The bathroom has a window, a walk-in shower with a shower curtain, a washing machine, a WC and a washbasin. An iron, vacuum cleaner and highchair are provided.
The roofed veranda is brand new, where you can sit outside sheltered from the rain. There is a grill for meals outdoors. You can relax on the garden furniture, with a parasol providing shade. The kayak is suitable for a maximum of 6 people and is available free of charge. Life jackets and a boat cart are also available. The last part of the site is under nature protection and borders the Klarälven River directly. With a bit of luck, you can spot beavers and elk.
The stuga, which can be booked in addition, promises adventure for children. It is a little wooden hut on the site with a sleeping platform. You can find further information under no. 1234780.
