Wooden house near a lake, with a boat, ideal for fishing


This house is right by the edge of the forest, about 150 metres from property no. 473381, with a view over the lake.

The comfortably furnished wooden house of around 60m² was completed in 1998. The house has a living room with a kitchen unit, two bedrooms, a gallery with three beds (especially suitable as a children’s room) and a bathroom with a shower, toilet and washing machine. The kitchen unit has a stove, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, and microwave.

The site spans around 2000m². There is a sauna in an annex. Use of a rowing boat is included and a motor, electric or petrol, can be hired in addition.

The lake has a wealth of fish, including plenty of pike, bass and eel, as well as char, cisco and tench. You can purchase a fishing permit.

    “Wir nutzten das Haus nur mit zwei Personen und dafür war es natürlich sehr geräumig. Mit sieben Personen könnten wir uns dort längeren Aufenthalt nicht vorstellen! Küchenausstattung = spartanisch. Deutschsprachiger Fernsehempfang war sehr schlecht, wobei der sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Deutsch sprechende Vermieter, den wir darüber erst bei Abreise informierten, sich darum kümmern wollte. Zwei Ruderboote zur freien Verfügung = ein Highlight! Baden (in Ufernähe sehr flacher See) nichts für Leute, die bis zur Schwimmtiefe nicht durch Schlamm gehen mögen.
    Der Ort Sexdrega liegt 5 km entfernt und hat einen kleinen Lebensmittelhändler. Spaziermöglichkeiten sind in der Nähe zum Haus nur sehr begrenzt möglich, da man nicht am See entlang gehen kann und der kleine Wald schnell an anderen Grundstücken endet bzw. stark verwildert ist und über fast keine Spazierwege verfügt.”

    “Ein sehr sympathisches 'Schweden-Sommerhaus' in einer Umgebung mit noch anderen Häusern, das aber durch den Wald drum herum und das schöne Wiesengrundstück wie alleinstehend wirkt. Man ist am Haus absolut ungestört. Das Haus ist gemütlich eingerichtet, alles benötigte ist vorhanden. Die Sauna und der nahe Zugang zum See sind sehr schön. Der Vermieter ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir hatten einen sehr erholsamen Aufenthalt und haben u.a. erfolgreich geangelt.”

    “Der Urlaub war wunderschön, der See und der kleine Ort Sandjön sind sehr ruhig und idyllisch. Man kann an kleinen Stränden baden, riesengroße Pilze in den umliegenden Wäldern finden, mit dem Fahrrad Sexdrega oder Svenljunga erkunden. Das Haus ist gut und sehr gemütlich ausgestattet, das Saunahäuschen ist schick, scharfe Messer sind inzwischen ausreichend vorhanden, Grill, Wäschetrockner, kleine Spielsachen, große Rasenfläche, Brennholz, alles was man braucht. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Nach Boras und Göteborg kommt man gut mit dem Auto und kann dort schwedische Großstadtluft schnuppern.”
