Een echte droomvilla. Dichtbij de thema-parken. De verhuurder geniet enorm van dit huis en gaat er zelf regelmatig naar toe. De vakantievilla ligt in een rustige buurt te Clermont. U heeft het zo gezellig & modern mogelijk ingericht. De villa is gelegen in een rustige en woonwijk, ten zuid-westen van Orlando op de US-27. Het prive zwembad heeft uitzicht op het prachtige Clear Creek meer.
De villa is de ideale uitvalsbasis voor uitstappen naar Orlando, Tampa, St-Augustine, Daytona Beach, Clearwater Beach, etc... De omgeving is fantastisch en er is werkelijk voor iedereen wat wils: van golfen, tot strand, tot shoppen en Disney- en vele andere attractieparken!
Zonnige en rustig gelegen villa met 2 master suites, 2 aparte slaapkamers en 3 badkamers. De villa werd volledig gerenoveerd in het voorjaar van 2015. Er is een flatscreen tv en Playstation 3 in de leefruimte en in elke slaapkamer een TV.
Het volledig gescreende pool deck krijgt continu zonneschijn en is compleet met 4 ligstoelen en een barbecue. Er is ook een grote tafel met 6 stoelen voorzien.
Grote games room met biljart, basket game, darts, air hockey en Poker set.
Kinderwagen en kinderstoel gratis beschikbaar.
Slechts 5 minuten van Publix supermarkt, Walmart, Lowe's en Cagan's Crossings winkelgebied.
Slechts enkele minuten van Hurricane Grill & Wings, Waffle House, Chili's, Burger King, KFC Taco Bell, Starbucks en anderen.
Perfect gelegen voor een bezoek aan Disney World (20 minuten), Premium Outlets winkelen (25 minuten), Sea World (30 minuten), Orlando (35 minuten) en Legoland (45 minuten).
