OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
During pool heating season (October to April or May), guests can choose to pay for pool and hot tub heating, if they intend to use the pool & spa at the house. Otherwise, the clubhouse pool and spa will be heated and available for your use at no extra charge.
You are welcome to use the barbecue and propane is there for your use. If for any reason it is low, please call management to refill it. Please clean any food that stuck to the grill as you cooked, or an extra cleaning fee is charged.

Please note there is a strict NO PARTY RULE. This is a family oriented house and community. A fee will be charged for any party, plus damages, if there are any damages. Having a few friends over for a dinner party is fine of course, but a college party is absolutely forbidden and will be penalized.
Check in is anytime after 4pm. Check out is anytime before 11am. You are welcome to use the clubhouse if you are waiting for check in or after check out.
Terra Verde Resort was purpose built as a vacation resort community with a mix of townhomes and individual villas surrounding a centrally located clubhouse. It is a gated community, so the facilities are exclusive to guests staying at the resort.
You can relax on the comfortable loungers surrounding the large deck area by the Clubhouse pool, or take a dip in the large resort pool. If you need to unwind, why not try the hot-tub, which has a wonderful water feature running down into the pool from it.

Continue for approx. 4 miles and come off at Junction 64a, which is the 192 East. Continue along the 192 passing Old Town (large ferris wheel and amusement rides on your right hand side). Approx. 1 mile after Old Town, you come to the junction of Poinciana Blvd. Turn right down Poinciana Blvd, heading towards Poinciana. Approx. 3 miles down the road you will arrive at Terra Verde on your left hand side. From Sanford International Airport: Same as above, just follow signs for I-4 Tampa out of the airport.
