Spacious holiday home with a pool located on the edge of town
This property consists of a spacious and comfortable holiday house with a pool and a conservatory on a large property on the edge of Naples. The location is beautiful and you will surely enjoy the quiet, remote location in a sparsely populated neighbourhood with villas any many trees. The city with its fine dandy beach is located on Florida's West coast, surrounded by numerous natural reserves.
The one storey, 226 m² holiday home boasts three double bedrooms, two bathrooms and a living room with a dining area and open plan kitchen. The house has air conditioning. The first bedroom - the master bedroom - is furnished with a 180 cm x 200 cm king size bed with nightstands and reading lamps on either side. For your evening entertainment, there is a flat screen cable TV. There is plenty of storage space on the two dressers and the small wardrobe. There are ceiling fans in the bedroom and in the adjacent en suite bathroom. The master bathroom boasts a Jacuzzi tub, a large shower with a rain shower head and a bathroom window, as well as a double sink with under sink storage, a large mirror and a toilet. The second and third bedrooms share a bathroom. Both bedrooms are furnished with a 200 cm x 150 cm bed and built in closets. . The second bathroom boasts a window, a shower tub with a shower curtain, a sink with under sink storage and a toilet. The fourth room houses gym equipment, a desk and a 190 cm x 90 cm daybed. At the heart of the house are the open plan living/dining room and kitchen, furnished with a two and a three seater sofa and an armchair with an ottoman. There are also a flat screen television and a DVD player where you can relax after a day out. The round dining table and six chairs and the bar with two bar stools separate the kitchen from the living/dining room. The kitchen is fully loaded with a fridge/freezer combo with an ice maker, an oven, a microwave, a coffee maker, a toaster and a dishwasher. The house also has a washing machine, a tumble dryer and Wi-Fi. Neither smoking nor pets are permitted.
From the living room you can access the conservatory, furnished with comfortable furniture. Enjoy the views over the spacious 9,000 m² property with a pool area. The 8 m x 3 m, saltwater pool with a small waterfall is surrounded by a sun deck and a dining table and five chairs. The pool can be heated at a fee upon request.
Due to its quiet location on the edge of town, it is about a 25 minute drive to the beach (30 km). Shops are about a 15 minutes drive away (19 km) and a supermarket and a pharmacy are eight minutes away. It is 9 km to cafes and restaurants. We highly recommend a visit to the zoo, founded in 1919, the natural reserves and the golf courses.
