The living room has a big corner sofa and two armchairs, a flatscreen TV (DVD and Bluray player), a dining table with six chairs, a selection of books in an antique cupboard and granite flooring. The kitchen is equipped with a table and four chairs and a bench, a dishwasher, coffee machine, espresso maker, Bosch kitchen machine, mixer, table grill, microwave, toaster and steamer. The bedroom on the first floor has a double bed, an LCD TV (satellite TV), a wardrobe, a dresser and a full-length mirror. The bedroom on the second floor has two single beds, an LCD TV (satellite)m a wardrobe and a dresser, and the bedroom in the attic has a double bed, an LCD TV (satellite) and a wardrobe. All the bedrooms have laminate flooring. There is a guest WC on the ground floor. The bathroom with a shower and bath is on the upper floor. A child’s bed, a highchair, a changing mat, toys (separate play room), safety gates on the stairs (upper floor and attic) are provided, two bicycles, a washing machine, a dryer, a freezer, an iron, ironing board and a safe.
There is an enclosed garden facing south and a roofed terrace with a garden table and chairs for six people, along with a garden lounger and a round charcoal grill.
