These studios are on a very quiet side street in the midst of the residential district.
All three were completed in 2015 and have identical furnishing – it is only their position within the building that differs. Two are on the first floor and the third is on the second floor. You can also book a conference room within the building.
The owner lives just a two-minute walk away and is happy to provide information about trip destinations and gastronomy.
Each studio has a single garage and you can also park for free on the street. You can shop in a little supermarket a three-minute walk away. There are restaurants, cigarette and newspaper shops, bakeries, pharmacies, hairdressing salons and banks nearby. It is a five to eight-minute walk to the weekly market on Sundays and a fifteen-minute walk to the nearest cinema. It is ten minutes by bus to Parc Floral and there are two RER stops (line A) nearby, taking you to Gare de Lyon in just ten minutes, Chatelet in 12 minutes, Auber in 15 minutes, Etoile in 20 minutes. It is just 30 minutes by car from Orly and Roissy Charles de Gaulle airports and 20 minutes from Disneyland. So you are close to the vibrant life of Paris. You can also walk to the famous Bois de Vincennes, which is ideal for joggers. This accommodation is therefore suitable for a leisure or business stay.
Studio on the first floor, to the right
This studio can accommodate two people comfortably, but also four people if required. It has a kingsize double bed (180 x 200cm) and a sofa bed (140 x 190cm) for two further people. A cot and a highchair can be booked on request. The kitchen area is equipped with an induction hob, an extractor fan, a fridge with a freezer compartment, a microwave and a washing machine with a dryer function, as well as tableware, a Nespresso machine, a traditional coffee machine and a toaster. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, an electric towel radiator, two washbasins, a separate WC and an extractor fan, as well as a hairdryer. The living room provides a flatscreen TV and a safe. The studio is equipped with wireless Internet access and an air conditioning unit for cooling or heating. There are some travel guides about Paris available.
