Large villa with Garden and near the beach.


Luxurious detached villa (100 m²) for 5-6 persons near the beach. The villa is approximately 1 km located from the beach and 5 km from the centre of Noordwijk.

On the ground floor there is a large living room (32m²) with satellite colour-TV (81 cm), internet, a fully fitted open kitchen with e.g. a microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher. Separate entrance (5 m²) and toilet. On the first floor there are three big bedrooms with in each bedroom a double bed. The beds will be made for you prior to arrival. The bathroom with shower, washingmachine and dryingmachine is also on the first floor. All rooms have central heating.

In the garden is a separate place available for your bikes. Further garden chairs for 6 people are available. The garden can be locked. You have your own parking by the villa.

Noordwijk is located near beautiful beaches and forest.

20% of the rental price if cancellation is made up to the 61st day prior to arrival
50% of the rental price if cancellation is made up to the 35th day prior to arrival
80% of the rental price if cancellation is made up to the 2nd day prior to arrival
95% of the rental price if cancellation is made on the day of arrival
The cancellation costs amount to at least EUR 40.

    “Das Ferienhaus ist sehr schön, gut ausgestattet und auch absolut sauber. Für holländische Verhältnisse sind die Räume auch sehr groß, einzig die Gästetoilette ist mini, jedoch ist dafür das Bad umso geräumiger. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend und hat uns erlaubt, das Haus bereits vor 15 Uhr zu beziehen. Das Ferienhaus liegt zwar mitten im Feriengebiet, es ist aber trotzdem ruhig, von den Nachbarn hat man nichts mitbekommen. Die Entfernung zum Strand ist etwas weiter, da sich zwischen dem Ferienhaus und dem Strand noch ein kleines Waldstück befindet, das durchquert werden muss (ca. 1km).
    Das Haus ist absolut weiter zu empfehlen.”

    “Sehr gepflegtes und sauberes Haus, schönes und liebevolles Ambiente, Küche ausreichend, zwar ohne Spülmaschine, geht aber auch... Wir haben uns wirklich sehr wohl gefühlt, der Garten ist optisch geschützt und sehr einladend bei schönem Wetter, auf der Terrasse zu sitzen. Selbst im Oktober hatten wir noch einige sehr warme Tage. Zum Strand geht es etwa einen Kilometer weit durch eine tolle Dünenlandschaft. Das Ferienhaus ist absolut zu empfehlen mit einer sehr netten Vermieterin! Für die Teenager war natürlich die perfekt funktionierende WLAN-Verbindung von hoher Bedeutung!”

    “Das Haus ist schön und sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Einrichtung ist modern, aber praktisch und gut sauber zu halten (ein Vorteil, wenn man so wie wir mit kleinen Kindern Urlaub macht). Die Küche ist zweckmäßig ausgestattet. Für eine Woche absolut ausreichend, einzig eine Spülmaschine und vielleicht ein Backofen hätte uns bei längerem Aufenthalt gefehlt, um es perfekt zu machen. Toll waren das große Bad mit Luxusdusche, der hübsche Garten, sowie die überaus bequemen Betten in Boxspring-Art. Die Doppelbetten rutschen auch nicht leicht auseinander, was gerade bei Kindern wichtig ist. Die steile Treppe ins Erdgeschoss lässt sich nachts absichern (die Vermieterin zeigt den Trick). Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und werden unser neues "Favoritenhaus" auf jeden Fall wieder buchen. Die Vermieter haben wir als sehr nett und umsichtig empfunden. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis dieses gehobeneren Hauses stimmt und der Aufenthalt war sehr schön für die ganze Familie.”
