This large holiday home with a garden is located at the foothills of a hill near the beach resort of Plouguerneau, only 100 meters from the ocean and a long and broad white sandy beach. Across from the house, you will find a large, protected nature reserve with an extensive dune landscape. Enjoy the unobstructed views of the ocean from your holiday home. It is an ideal property for nature lovers.
The 135 m² house boasts a spacious living area with broad windows facing the patio and the garden on the ground floor. It consists of a dining area with a large dining table, a television area and a cosy sitting area. The open space kitchen is fully furnished with modern appliances, such as a glass ceramic stove, a microwave, a dishwasher, a refrigerator and dishes. There are two bathrooms. The bathroom on the ground floor boasts a bathtub and a separate toilet. The bathroom in the top floor has a shower and a toilet. One of the three bedrooms is located on the ground floor and is furnished with a double bed (140 x 190 cm). The other two bedrooms are located on the top floor and are attic rooms. Both rooms are furnished with two single beds (90 x 190 cm) and have ocean view. A storage room separates these two rooms.The refurbishment of the house was completed in 2014. The bathroom will be renovated for the 2016 season.
The house sits on an 800 m² garden, enclosed with hedges and accessible via the patio. Outdoor furniture, a sun shade, sun loungers, a barbecue and a table with benches are available to our guests. The patio offers lovely ocean and dune landscape views.
The beach is only 100 meters from the house. Sports enthusiasts can take advantage of abundant opportunities. Hiking, bicycling, mountain biking, horseback riding or sailing, are all options available to our visitors. You can do your shopping in Plouguerneau, about four kilometres from the house. All along the coast, you can find restaurants and Creperies.
