Studio apartment on Corsica's East Coast
The holiday house with this studio apartment is located three kilometres below Cervione on a small hill, offering gorgeous views of the islands of Elba und Caphria, as well as the town of Cervione with its rustic pubs and small restaurants.
The 45 m² apartment is well equipped. It is located on the ground floor and boasts a living/bedroom with satellite television. Our guests are accommodated on a sofa bed. A child's travel cot is available upon request. The large open plan kitchen is fully equipped with a coffee maker, a stove and a refrigerator and a dining room table. There is also a large bathroom with a shower and a toilet.
There is an electric barbecue on the patio; a washing machine and a rotary clothes line are available to you, as well. The house sits on a large property. Lovers of nature and sports can spend a wonderful holiday here (bicycling, climbing, swimming). A bungalow (Atraveo Nr. 704665), which can accommodate up to eight people, is only 100 meters from the studio.
Bedding will be provided to you upon your arrival. The studio apartment is located on the ground floor; the owner lives on the top floor. During the summer months, the mother is on site, taking care of the handover and final cleaning. Pets are not permitted. Towels are not provided and must be brought by the renter. Upon departure, please remove the sheets from the beds and hand over the apartment broom-clean.
You can take bicycle trips from the house; it is only four kilometres to the sandy beach Shopping facilities are available in Cervione or at the shopping centres in Prunete, Moriani or Alistro.
