Beautiful and spacious summer house
Situated in a property along with two other family summer houses, this beautiful and spacious summer house built in 2010 is the corner one. The Vourvourou region is well known for its magical beaches, which are easily accessible by feet. Mountain Itamos is also accessible by feet (15 min. walking distance), which makes it a perfect choice for both beach and mountain vacation. Whether with family or friends, it's a perfect choice for everyone to be happy.
The ground floor is about 80 m² in size and comprises of the following rooms: A living room with a fireplace, three sofas, two armchairs, a flatscreen TV with a DVD player and a mini stereo with a USB port . The kitchen is connected to the living room and is fully-equipped with an oven, a dishwasher, a toaster, a kettle, a fridge with a freezer and two coffee machines. A big dining wooden table for 8 people is also in the room. There is also a bedroom, which includes a double bed, a fan and a desk. There is also a WC and shower. The loft is around 20 m² in size and has a sofa bed (ideal for two children) and a normal single bed, along with a desk, a library, as well as a WC with a shower. The top floor is about 50 m² in size and comprises of the following rooms: two bedrooms with a double bed, a ceiling fan and a big closet each, with direct access to a big isolated balcony with a sea view. There are also a big bathroom with a bathtub and a washing machine and a smaller WC with a shower.
There is a big outdoor and private table right next to the house, suitable for 10 people. It has a great summer breeze. In front of the house there is a terrasse with a small table, four armchairs and a bench. An outdoor shower is also available in the garden.

Two mini markets are available, around 0,5 km away, at the Vourvourou village, which is also accessible by feet through a straight, pine-covered, mild circulation road. There you can also find restaurants, pizza and souvlaki places. For excursions, Hormos Panagias is 8 km away, a picturesque small port with fish tavernes, where one can also take a daily cruise to Mout Athos. Other close villages are Agios Nikolaos (13 km), Nikiti (16 km), Marmaras (32 km) and Sarti (32 km). Many of the best all day beach bars are 2 to 20 km away, as well as great beaches.
