This luxurious holiday villa in a Corfu style provides 220 m² of living space on two floors and is fully-equipped with air conditioning and heating. Villa Kerkyra is suitable for 8 people, with 2 double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms,2 twin rooms and 1 main bathroom. All bedrooms have large balcony. In the entrance floor you have a living room with dining area, fully equipped kitchen, TV/play room and guest toilet. You can find four tastefully furnished bedrooms on the upper floors, of which two have a large double bed (180 x 200 cm) and the other two each have two single beds (90 x 200 cm). There are also two ensuite bathrooms, each with a WC and shower, and a master bathroom with a WC and bath. There is a guest WC on the ground floor. The generous, magnificent living room provides a suite and a fireplace, as well as a little library. The dining space has a large dining table and a buffet with a mirror. There is also a TV room with a sofa suite, satellite TV, a DVD player and a games console. The adjoining kitchen is equipped with a fridge, freezer, ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle and coffee machine, as well as a kitchen table with chairs. A highchair can be provided free of charge. Free wireless Internet access is available.
There is direct access to the outside barbecue area for al fresco dining and a beautiful pool surrounded by big palm trees. The 12,000 m² site features an outdoor area with a generous 50 m² pool with an outdoor shower. The terrace with a large table and chairs allows you to enjoy the evening sun and the southern atmosphere, as well as meals prepared on the brick-built grill. Or you can enjoy the idyll in the hammock somewhat set apart. There is also a garage on site where you can park your car. Your pet is welcome on request.
