On an exceptionally large, ancient olive grove of 6,500 square meters (!) Is a beautiful colonial villa with a large private pool of 100 square meters. Around the pool are spacious terraces (approx. 300 m2) with a lounge area and shaded areas.
The location is considered one of the most beautiful places in Lefkada.
You can enjoy a breathtaking panoramic view of the sea and the mountains on the mainland. When you have had enough of the sea view, turn around a bit and it looks like you are in Tuscany.
The villa has four bedrooms and two bathrooms.
On the first floor is the master bedroom with an en suite bathroom. There is also a work space with a desk in this room.
