Apartment with a breathtaking view of the Gira and Agios Yannis beach, the sea and the town of Lefkas
This apartment is above the town of Lefkas, surrounded by a great garden and next to a pine forest, on the north side of the island of Lefkas.
The 85m² apartment is on the ground floor of the house and can accommodate up to five people. It has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, which can also be joined together. A third room can easily be used as a bedroom for a further person. One bathroom has a shower and the other has a bath. The living room with a view of the sea has a fireplace and comfortable furnishing, making it very comfortable and cosy. There are also one sofa bed, a TV, a DVD and CD player and a stereo system. The fully-equipped kitchen with a dining space also has a washing machine.
There is a balcony running around the apartment, affording a great view of the garden and the sea in the distance. The garden has terrace furniture and a grill. Children can play in the shade of pine trees. There is a big parking area for four cars.
