Spacious apartment with a fabulous view from the balcony


This apartment is in the idyllic town of Aghia Marina, in the north-west of the island of Crete, in the Chania region.

This elegant apartment with modern furnishing can accommodate up to five people comfortably within about 70m² of living space. The accommodation has a total of two bedrooms, each with a double bed. There is a modern little bathroom. The living room with a sofa also has a flatscreen TV, a home cinema DVD system and a fireplace. The fully-equipped kitchen provides all the necessary appliances.

The apartment has a lovely furnished balcony, from where you can enjoy a fabulous view of the sea.

The fifth person can sleep on a sofa bed in the living room. A washing machine is available. The apartment has been furnished and equipped with attention to detail and you will feel at home here.

The accommodation is the ideal starting point for visiting many places of interest, including the beach at Falasarna, the exotic town of Elafonissi, or picturesque villages such as Paleachora and Sougia. You can also see the modern Crete that is open to the world. Some of the most popular discos and bars are in the north-west of the island. For lovers of good cuisine, there are many restaurants of different categories, catering to all tastes.

    “Le logement est correct et propre, le représentant sur place est aimable et ponctuel.
    Concernant le logement :
    . la vaisselle - c'est le strict minimum pour 4 personnes (pas 4 verres identiques)
    . équipement de la terrasse : chaises en mauvais état, l'étendoir à linge est inutilisable (très oxydé).
    2 éclairages sur les 3 ne fonctionnaient pas (impossible de manger dehors le soir).
    . réception wifi aléatoire (correcte en début de séjour, variable les 3 derniers jours et coupée avant
    notre départ au matin du 03/10).
    . salle de bain : ce logement a un problème de débit et pression d'eau,
    Impossible de faire un shampoing sous la douche et de se rincer les cheveux correctement.
    Par contre, sur la plage à 200 m face au logement , la pression et le débit des douches étaient
    parfaits et nous en avons profiter pour les cheveux.

    “Bel appartement pour quatre personnes maximum, bien situé correspondant aux photo. Superbe terrasse avec vue sur mer. Accès facile à la plage. Cuisine non adaptée pour les gens qui veulent cuisiner. Gros problèmes avec la douche manque de pression pas d'eau chaude le soir voir pas d'eau du tout. Dommage par rapport au prix. Appartement très agréable malgré tout.”

    “Ausstattung:
    Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet, in der Küche war auch bei Töpfen und Pfannen alles vorhanden, was man brauchen könnte. Ansonsten waren vermutlich vom Vormieter noch Salz, Olivenöl und Kaffeefilter zu finden, alles andere haben wir selbst besorgt.
    Wohnzimmer und beide Schlafzimmer verfügten über Flat TVs. Leider nur griechische Programme. Dafür funktionierte das WLAN sehr gut so dass man sich per Laptop und Streaming behelfen konnte, wenn man mal Fernsehen wollte.
    Klimaanlagen waren jeweils einzeln in beiden Schlafzimmern und im Wohn-/ Küchenbereich vorhanden und separat steuerbar.
    Warmwasser kam über eine Solaranlage, was jedoch auch mit 6 Untermietern kein Problem darstellte. Waschpulver für die Waschmaschine war (vom Vormieter?) vorhanden.
    Auf dem Balkon befanden sich neben Holzmöbeln auch zwei Sonnenstühle.
    Lage:
    Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral an einer Parallelstraße zur Hauptstraße gelegen. Das Meer sowie zahlreiche Restaurants und Supermärkte sind direkt um die Ecke. Man schafft es innerhalb von zwei Wochen nicht, alle Restaurants zu besuchen so viele sind es. Auch sehr viele Restaurants mit Blick zum Meer vorhanden. Ebenso ein Lokal mit internstionalen Sport- und Fußballsendern ist zu finden.
    Der Balkon zeigt direkt auf das Meer. Man kann rechts Bis Chania gucken. Links Bis zum WestZipfel der Insel. Die Hauptstraße auf die man ebensoschaut ist doch recht befahren, die Autos kann man auf dem Balkon und bei geöffnetem Fenster innen auch hören, allerdings nicht so laut dass es uns gestört hätte. Der Balkon ist L-förmig so dass man trotz Nordlage im Oktober Sonne Bis ca. 15h auf dem Balkon hatte. Der Balkon ist von links von zwei anderen Balkonen einsehbar. Wir haben dort aber nie jemanden gesehen.
    Zustand:
    Alles sehr neu und ohne Mängel. Hier waren noch nicht viele Urlauber zu Gast.
    Sauberkeit:
    Putzfrau zwei mal wöchentlich. Alles sehr sauber!
    Vermietet:
    Sehr nett! Schlüsselübergabe erfolgte persönlich, Abstimmungen vorab und zwischendurch unkompliziert per SMS und Email.”
