This romantic holiday villa is right near the blue Aegean in the picturesque locality Kouloura along the green north-east coast of the Greek mainland.
The ground-level, fully air-conditioned (heating and cooling) holiday villa provides 130m² of living space, comprising a light living and dining room with an integrated open kitchen, three bedrooms and a daylight bathroom. The lounge area has a comfortable sofa and two matching armchairs, a flatscreen TV with cable and satellite channels, a DVD player, a stereo system, a games console and a dining table with chairs. The kitchen next to it is equipped with a dishwasher, a four-zone electric hob, an oven, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, kettle, toaster and coffee machine. Of the three bedrooms, one is furnished with a double bed (200 x 200cm) and two each with two single beds (90 x 200cm) that can also be pushed together as a double bed. The sofa in the living room can be converted into an additional double bed. The bathroom is fitted with a walk-in shower, a washbasin with a wall mirror, a hairdryer and a toilet. A washing machine, a dryer, a highchair and a safe for your valuables are provided, along with plenty of bed linen and towels and a reliable wireless Internet connection free of charge.
Outside in the 500m², enclosed garden you can make yourselves comfortable on the extensive sunny terrace or under the romantic, covered garden pergola. A grill area invites you to enjoy leisurely meals under a blue sky. A car is recommended during your stay and there are three secure car parking spaces right in front of the villa. Your pet is also welcome on request.
Your holiday villa is about 1km from the blue Aegean and the nearest long sandy beach. It is the same distance to the centre of Kouloura with a range of shops, colourful markets and a good range of cafes and restaurants. It is only about 100 metres to a traditional taverna where you can try regional dishes.
