Villa Danica is a newly built modern vila of exceptional comfort situated on the edge of village Belavici, on the southeast part of the Istrian coast, only 6 km from the sea and 25 km from the biggest town - Pula.
This modern and stylish holiday villa extends on two, completely airconditioned floors, with capacity for 10 persons and a living space of 245 sqm.
On the ground floor there is a modern, and fully equipped kitchen with dining area facing the pool, a living room with a sofa and SAT TV and exit to the pool, one double bed bedroom with an exit to the pool and private shower/WC, one double bed bedroom and private bath/WC, and one separate shower/WC in the hall. A spiral staircase leads to the first floor gallery where, following the hall three cozy and harmonius bedroom are situated; each with double bed and private shower/WC. On the other side of the hall there is big terrace with beautiful view onto the pool and landscape.
The villa is surrounded by woods, on the fenced property of 1800 sqm. It offers to the guests an outdoor pool of 52 sqm, large sundeck with sunloungers and parasol, as well as the barbecue and outdoor dining table with chairs, and 4 parking spaces.
The villa has plenty of natural light thanks to big windows, giving such warmth and coziness to the space.
Moreover, for those who choose the villa for their vacation can enjoy in many activities of the area, such as: horse riding , adrenalin park, quads.
