Fully enclosed holiday villa with a private swimming pool and garden
This spacious holiday villa is located in the heart of Istria, the peaceful village of Gologorica that has only a few houses around. It is only about a half hour drive from the sea and a few major cities like Pula, Rovinj, Umag, Vrsar, Hum, Motovun and Opatija.
The house looks traditional on the outside and is modern furnished inside. In the summer, the house regulates its temperature because of its thick stone walls. It has a large living and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen complete with Ceram cooktop, two bedrooms and three bathrooms. The bedrooms are furnished with a double bed each and the villa can accommodate four persons.
The villa is very private with its own swimming pool (with an area for sunbathing), barbecue area and a big dining table able to acomodate six adults. The whole area is surounded by a fence that guarantees you privacy.
Located on a hill with 3 other houses, the villa offers wonderful views of the surounding green area where you can see lots of different animals walking around giving you a once in a lifetime experience.
