This generously laid out holiday villa is situated in the small hamlet of Salvela, only 1 km from the medieval town of Vodnjan and 10 km from the city of Pula (airport). The architecture of the villa with shaded terrace overlooking the pool and Brijuni islands, surrounded by olive trees, gives you the feeling of being a part of a natural paradise.
The villa is for up to six persons and offers a full comfort for people wanting to spend quality time with family and friends during their vacations.
The villa comprises a kitchen with traditional furnishing and modern amenities, three bedrooms and a living room featuring large sofas, a fireplace and a flat-screen satellite TV. There is one bathroom fitted with a bath tub and two toilets. All living spaces are air conditioned. Furthermore, there is a Wifi (free of charge) and a travel bed for small children.
There is a 12 x 5 meter private outdoor swimming pool with a pool house and garden bathroom, lounge chairs and large covered terrace with BBQ where al fresco dining can be enjoyed in a relaxing atmosphere.
The owner lives in another building on the same parcel, so the pool and garden are for the private use of guests.
The owner produces olive oil which can be tasted in a tavern on the property. A bicycle path passes beside the villa and two bicycles are at your disposal, free of charge.
Traditional Istrian cuisine restaurants can be found in the town of Vodnjan, 2 km away. The nearest beach is 5 km away. You can easily reach Brijuni National Park from a boat in nearby Fažana (5 km). Town of Rovinj is 20 km away.
