is a family house placed in a small seaside holiday resort Ièiæi (near Opatija) at quiet position. It has big terrase with marvelous seaview of the Kvarner`s Bay.House is surrounded by the fields and oak forest. In the garden there are deck chairs,sunshade,garden grill, table tenis, basketball field and everything is at our quest`s disposal.


The apartements have kitchen, bathroom, TV-Sat, coffee machine, parking place and central heating.

    “Die Wohnung ist zweckmäßig augestattet und sauber. Die komplette Einrichtung ist neuwertig. Einziges Manko: das Badezimmer könnte etwas größer sein.

    Die Anlage ist ruhig, wunderschön angelegt und sehr gepflegt. Der Pool ist ebenfalls sehr sauber. Von der Terasse aus genießt man einen wunderschönen Ausblick über die Kvarner Bucht. Parkplätze im eingezäunten Grundstück sind genügend vorhanden. Aufgrund der Entfernung zum Zentrum sowie zum Strand ist eine Anreise mit dem PKW empfehlenswert.

    Besonderen Dank gilt den Vermietern für ihre Gastfreundschaft und ihre Hilfsbereitschaft. Vielen Dank für die zahlreichen Tipps (Strände, Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten,...), den Buchungsservice zum "Fischpicknick", den kurzen "Kroatisch-Unterricht", den Wein, ...”
