is a family house placed in a small seaside holiday resort Ièiæi (near Opatija) at quiet position. It has big terrase with marvelous seaview of the Kvarner`s Bay.House is surrounded by the fields and oak forest. In the garden there are deck chairs,sunshade,garden grill, table tenis, basketball field and everything is at our quest`s disposal.


The apartements have kitchen, bathroom, TV-Sat, coffee machine, parking place and central heating.

    “Die Vermieter sind einfach nur nett und sympathisch :-)) Wir haben noch in keinem Urlaubsland eine solch nette Hilfsbereitschaft erfahren wie in der Villa Chiara. Mein Autofenster war defekt, sofort wurde ich zur Werkstatt gefahren und
    Herr S. hat sich um alles gekümmert, dafür gibt es eine 5*. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt, hier kommt sofort eine angenehme Wohlfühlatmosphäre auf. Das Appartement ist in perfekter Lage, mit kostenlosen Parkplätzen. Unsere Wünsche wurden alle erfüllt, die Freundlichkeit war wirklich nicht zu Toppen. Wir kommen nächstes Jahr wieder und diesmal mit Freunden, weil es Urlaub pur ist:-).”

    “Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet,sauber, hell und vom gemeinschafts-
    balkon hat man einen traumhaften Blick auf die Kvaner Bucht und die vorliegenden
    Inseln. Die Poolanlage ist sehr gepflegt und hat Stil. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und
    jederzeit für einen zur Stelle. Waren bestimmt nicht das Letzte mal dort!”

    “die vermieter sind einfach nur nett und sehr hilsbereit dafür gibt es eine 4 plus,es könnte nicht besser sein,
    das appartment war sauber,hell und freundlich,allerdings für 4 personen wäre es absolut zu klein,da wäre die erholung hingewesen,
    die küche ein wenig zu gering bestückt,gläser etc.allerdings konnte man sich alles nachholen wenn nötig.wir kommen trotzdem wieder,
    da land und leute einfach klasse waren,bella italia hat da echten nachholebedarf,”
