Island dream house amidst the romantic old town
If you are looking for a refuge where you can relax totally and want to enjoy the original beauty of the Adriatic, then you have found your dream house. The detached captain’s villa is very close to the centre, quietly situated in the romantic old town.
It is a family house on three floors for eight people (plus a maximum of two further people at a supplementary charge, see price list) with four bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen and five bathrooms. All the bedrooms have new furnishing and a big double bed, as well as a TV and bathroom with a shower. The living room with a fireplace is on the ground floor where the microclimate is the most pleasant. The kitchen is also on the ground floor and you can look out at the terrace through the glass front. The ground floor also has a toilet, a storage room and a bathroom with a whirlpool bath. The house is technically fully-equipped: a TV in each bedroom, two stereo systems, the whirlpool, bath, the modern kitchen with a dishwasher and washing machine, and of course Wi-Fi access.
There is a 90m² garden where you can relax and grill under palm and lemon trees. The terrace has a grill area and a dining space with wooden furniture. There is also an outdoor shower for cooling off. There are parking spaces about 5 minutes from the house. The house is accessed up wide steps. There is no lift in the house.
It is about 500 metres to the beach. The centre with restaurants and supermarkets is about 50 metres away.
