Apartments in Residence sits in a quiet and peaceful land in the middle of a big private property and it offers you a relaxing holiday in the heart of the “Alto Garda Park”, away from the chaos and the noises of the main streets

The Residence Garden was built in 2002 with an architectonic structure that marries the modern stile with the rustic taste of the natural stones and the wood and it is composed by 12 apartments (6 apartments on the ground floor with garden and 6 apartments on the first floor with terrace), and a private pool on complete disposition for our guests (opened from the 16th of may to the 25th of september 2015). They have all a beautiful view to the lake, to the old town of Malcesine and to the Monte Baldo Mountain.

This new built complex is situated on a panoramic platform 450 meters above the lake in the area of Tignale; in 500 meters you can join the old town of Prabione, where you can find shop facilities, a bar, a restaurant with local dishes, the old church and a children’s playground. Moreover in just 300 meters from your flat you can find the “Centro Visitatori” the swimming pool with the snack-bar “Campogrande” where you can relax and have a drink or something to eat. In just 2 Km you can join the centre of Tignale, Gardola, where you can find all the services useful for a relaxing stay, as the bank, the post office, the pharmacy, the doctor for tourists, shopping facilities and many good restaurants and pizzerias.

Apartment Groundfloor

Groundfloor apartment with garden, private entrance and lake view. Double bedroom with double bed and single mattress, safe, spacious wardrobe and two bedside tables on either side of the bed, bathroom with shower, bidet and WC (has no hairdryer), a kitchen with living-room. The living room has a sofa bed for 2 persons and satellite television. The kitchen has a gas cooker with four burners, extractor fan, fridge and freezer, coffee machine, German and Italian kettle and the necessary equipment for your stay. Do not have a dishwasher, toaster, microwave and oven.
Cot and high chair available. Private parking. Shared barbecue. Fitnessroom and recreationroom on disposition. Mountain bike deposit.

    “Die Lage ist absolut super, wenn man es gerne etwas ruhiger hat. Es ist kühler als direkt am See. Die Aussicht auf das Monte Baldo Massiv und den Gardasee ist traumhaft. Die Unterkunft eignet sich sowohl als Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen oder Radtouren im Gebirge als auch für Autotouren in die nahegelegenen Orte am See.
    Der hauseigene Pool wird bei entsprechendem Wetter sicher nicht nur von Kindern gerne genutzt. Da Haustiere erlaubt sind, sollte man nicht direkt Angst vor (angeleinten) Hunden haben.
    Die Anlage ist familiengeführt, die Betreuung ausgezeichnet. Die (italienischen) Ansprechpartner sprechen auch deutsch und sind praktisch immer zu erreichen (notfalls auf Handy). Die Familie bemüht sich sehr um persönlichen Kontakt und eine familiäre Atmosphäre.
    Die Appartements sind gut aufgeteilt und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Die Ausstattung ist schlicht, aber das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt absolut.
    Tigniale besteht aus mehreren Dörfern, das Haus liegt auf einer isolierten Anhöhe in Prabione. Fußläufig zu erreichen ist ein Restaurant mit einfacher aber sehr schmachhafter heimischer Küche.”
