Apart from a beautiful beach with a fabulous view of the Piemontese coast and the castles, you can find boat and surf board hire, very good shopping facilities, romantic cafes and bars, as well as a train station.
This lovely property is on a 2700m² enclosed site with a swimming pool and two large sunny terraces.
Corner house no.1 consists of a bedroom with a double bed, a large living and dining room with a kitchen, two bathrooms, a sofa bed in the living room and a sleeping area on the ground floor. It is equipped with an independent heating system, insulating glazing and a satellite receiver.
