Holiday house on two floors with a terrace


The house is in a small and very well-presented holiday park on a little garden site.

The ground floor welcomes you into a light living and dining room with an open gallery, a separate and fully-equipped kitchen (newly installed in 2018), as well as a modern shower room with a WC on the ground floor. The upper floor comprises two cosy bedrooms. The interior is of a high standard and comfortable. The double bed measures 180 x 200cm and the two single beds 80 x 190cm. All rooms have gas central heating. Wi-Fi is also available.

A private parking space is available in front of the house. The house is positioned so that you can enjoy the sun all day long on your terrace, which cannot be looked into.

You are welcome to bring your pets. Julianadorp is a paradise for dog owners. Dogs are welcome here and may accompany you to the beach all year round. The garden is completely fenced in.

There is plenty to do in the area, so children will never be bored. If it is not beach weather, the nearest subtropical swimming pool is just 500 metres away. Attractive playgrounds, a climbing park, minigolf and family golf, tennis courts and riding facilities, as well as trip destinations, round off the possibilities.

    “Das Haus ist super! Wir waren Anfang April dort und haben eine tolle Woche mit unseren kleinen Kids und Hund dort verbrachte! Das Haus war sauber und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt.
    Besonders mit Kindern kann man dort in der Nähe viel unternehmen und wenn man mal im Haus war, konnten die Kids sich im Garten oder am 1min entfernten kleinen Spielplatz austobend!
    Wir waren bestimmt nicht das letzte mal dort!”

    “Sehr sauberes Haus, Garten nicht einsehbar. Gute Matratzen, leider schlechte Beleuchtung. Im Schlafzimmer nur eine einzige Nachttischlampe. Neue Einbauküche, aber leider ohne Gasherd, obwohl dies in der Beschreibung stand. Heizung funktioniert gut, allerdings nicht im Bad. Die ausgelegte Infomappe war sehr lieblos und nicht aussagekräftig. Betreuung vor Ort durch Frau Lankhiuzen optimal. Wir hatten gleich am Anreisetag am späten Abend einen totalen Stromausfall. Frau Lankhuizen kam sofort und war sehr freundlich und bemüht den Schaden sofort zu beheben. Ebenso bei der Spülmaschine, die obwohl sie neu eingebaut war, nicht funktioniert hat.”
