Small holiday home on two floors with terrace and parking area


The main house is a beautiful rustic villa with 500 sqm of living space on the Costa Verde, Northern Portugal. If you close the door behind you, you will feel as if you are on a beautiful island with a view of the sea. The villa was built in the 17th Century built by a general who fought against Napoleon. The small house is situated slightly away on the property.

It has 65 square metres of living space and is suitable for four people. It offers a recently
refurbished and fully equipped kitchen with open fireplace and dining table. The bedroom has two
beds on the upper floor. There is a bedroom with two single beds on the ground floor. A shower and
toilet are available in the bathroom. A TV with sattelite channels is also available

The whole property is about 5000 square metres in size and can be used communally. There are walking trails, a flower garden, palms and fruit trees such as lemons, oranges, figs, grapes, chestnuts and others. The property is completely fenced by a stone wall, which is typical for the area. In addition, a beautiful stone terrace with deckchairs is at your disposal. Parking spaces are also available.

You can reach the beach on foot about 1.6 km away, while a restaurant, bar, Internet cafe and a pharmacy are also located nearby, each being 200-700 metres away. A small lake is just a few minutes’ walk away. You can go jogging and hiking in the mountains nearby, and enjoy the view. The Spanish border is only about eleven kilometres away . Cross the Rio Minho and you can easily visit Spain.

    “Situation : Exceptionnelle dans un cadre verdoyant et calme assuré .

    Equipements : Ne correspond pas au attentes ... Meubles de recupération, Vaisselle disparate (4 Verres différents !! ) , Couettes et oreillers d'un autre temps ; Odeur de moisie et de renfermé dans les chambres , absence de machine a laver dans la location ( Contraire au descriptif )
    Balon d'eau chaude qui fuit dans la Sdb

    La maison principale du terrain etait louée et non occupée par les propriétaires ( Contraire au descriptif )

    En resumé : Quel domage que les propriétaires n'investissent pas un minimun dans cette maisonnette et ne raisonnent qu'en terme de rentabilité locative !!

    “I am sorry we did not meet your expectations. Maybe there were misunderstandings concerning the occupation of the big house, which is, as mentioned, also for rent. The washing machine is available in the big house, and our guests usually share it whenever is necessary. Nevertheless a new one will be installed in the bathroom. Decoration is simple but clean and the smell of moist is actually the smell of the wood, which is quite old. The pictures show exactly what is available, and we try to do our best. Fortunately we do have good reviews on this house, and we commit to continue improving it.”

    “Das "Kleine Haus" liegt nur wenige Meter entfernt vom großen Haupthaus, in dem eine riesige Ferienwohnung untergebracht ist, auf einem vollständig ummauerten, sehr großen Grundstück. Es gibt Wiesen, Laubengänge, Zitronen- und Feigenbäume, einen kleinen Barrockgarten. Unglaublich schön, man hört das Rauschen des ca. 800m entfernten Meeres! Nur zwei Minuten zu Fuß gibt es eine idyllische Badestelle im uralten Dorfkern. Dort ist ein kleiner Bach aufgestaut. Unglaublich! Das Haus verfügt über eine ausgesprochen Große Terrasse, die nicht vom Haupthaus eingesehen werden kann. Haus und Ausstattung sind eher einfach gehalten, es gibt keine Spülmaschine. Der im Untergeschoss (tatsächlich handelt es sich um das Erdgeschoss aufgrund der Hanglage) untergebrachte Schlafraum riecht ein wenig muffig, ist aber nicht feucht oder modrig. Wenn man ordentlich lüftet, dann verfliegt der Geruch. Es hat uns nicht gestört. Das Bad ist geräumig und ebenfalls einfach (aber zweckmäßig) ausgestattet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, die Vermieter sind sehr hilfsbereit, nett und unkompliziert. Vielen Dank!”

    “Prima locatie, zeker voor 2 personen ( maar 4 kan ook). Leuk speels huis. Wel wat mee op buiten dan op binnen zijn gericht. Goede bedden. Voldoende handdoeken. En schoon.

    De verhuurster is vriendelijk en hebben zorg voor hun bezit tuin en huizen worden goed onderhouden.


    We hebben er met veel plezier een week vakantie gevierd.”

    “Sehr süßes altes "Gesinde"-Häuschen auf drei Ebenen, in großem Garten, alles sauber, einfach aber ausreichend ausgestattet mit toller Terrasse, Steintisch, Sonnenschirm und Liegestühlen.
    Das Bad könnte ein bisschen neuer sein, und das Schlafzimmer unten riecht etwas nach Keller, dafür ist es angenehm kühl.

    “Heerlijk huisje voor twee personen, de verblijfsruimte is ingericht op mooi weer en buiten zijn. De prachtige grote tuin en het ruime terras bieden daar ook alle mogelijkheden toe. Je hoort alleen de vogels en in de verte het ruisen van de zee, dus een ideale plek voor rustzoekers. De faciliteiten in het huisje zelf (koken, zitten) zijn wat beperkt, maar adequaat voor wie zich daarop instelt.”
